1-800-Flowers Launches Shopping Portal in Their Facebook Page
When I talk to clients and/or up and coming small businesses about Facebook pages, I sometimes use the term, 'mini web site'. 1-800-Flowers upped the Facebook ante with their new store, via the Shop! tab on their Facebook page.
Which retailers will follow suit?Will I be able to buy a complete outfit from Gap's Facebook page - and get a special code for being a fan to boot?
Will consumers buy products via these new Facebook pages, then upload a video reviewing that product at the same time? Imagine the customer learnings a big company will receive from their Facebook pages. What would you like to see happen with these new pages?
